Admission   Enquiry

1. Admission for the academic year 2023-2024 for Junior College will start immediately after, the declaration of result of S.S.C by Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Maharashtra.

2. Admission forms will be available at the college office before declaration of the result.

3. The admission will be strictly based on the merit of the result of the Board/University/Entrance test, whichever is applicable. Students are requested to see the college notice board in this regard.

4. Admission of In-House students will be done at the college level.

5. All other admissions will be done online.

6. The applicants seeking admission to a course shall submit his/her application in the prescribed forms which will be available in Administration office of the college(Timing: 9.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.).

7. Necessary documents to be submitted with admission form:-

       a. Marklist of S.S.C examination in original with 3 attested Photocopies.

      b. Original School leaving certificate of Standard X.

       c. A passport size recent color photograph of the student affixed on the prescribed admission form.

       d. Eligibility certificate issued by the board of Mumbai(if applicable).

      e. An undertaking to fulfill certain conditions with regards to discipline, attendance, tutorials, project work etc.

8. Documents required for the provisional eligibility certificate for students coming from boards other than Maharashtra state board.

        a. Marklist of S.S.C examination in original with 3 attested Photocopies.

        b. Original School leaving certificate of Standard X.

        c. Original Migration certificate.

       d. Original School Leaving Certificate countersigned by their respective Educational Inspector/Education Officer before securing admission to the First Year Junior College.

      e. The “DEED OF UNDERTAKING” on stamped paper of Rs.20/- signed by the candidate and parent/guardian.

NOTE: Admission to the Junior College (Std. XI or Std. XII) will be granted only on submission of the above documents.

 
9. All Reserved/Non-general category students(e.g. SC/ST/DT/NT/OBC) etc, should produce necessary certificate/proof while seeking admission in any reserved category.

10. Students seeking admission under sports and cultural category must submit attested true copy of relevant documents.

11. Students failing to secure admission by paying fees on the day, date and time specified, will lose their claim for admission. No claim in this respect will be entertained later for any reason what so ever.

12. All admissions are provisional. It will be confirmed after verification of documents submitted.

13. Notice regarding admission will be displayed on the notice board. Students and parents are requested to go through it and submit their application accordingly.

14. Cancellation of admission will be done as per the rules decided and the same will be displayed on the notice board.

NOTE: NO REFUND OF FEES IS ALLOWED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL OF THE PRINCIPAL.

 
15. The name of the selected applicants shall be notified on the notice board. They should pay necessary fees in full immediately. Failing which thier claim for admission will not be considered. Students are requested to read the notices, intimate to the Principal of the college and take prior permission for such absence.

16. All admissions are valid only for one academic year and need to be renewed by students in the prescribed form for every subsequent year of study in the college.

17. Once a student is admitted to the college he/she will be liable to pay fees for the whole term.

18. Original marksheet submitted to the college will be returned one month after Verification.

19. A student once admitted will be considered as duly enrolled for the academic year, unless he/she informs the Principal in writing of his/her intention to leave the college atleast a week before the commencement of the second term. If such intimation is not recieved, full fees for the second term will have to be paid.

NOTE: Students should note that before submitting the original school leaving certificate, marksheet and T.C. to the college, the students should keep sufficient number of photo copies of school leaving certificate, marksheet and T.C. with them.

 

Application of students from this college for admission to S.Y.J.C. must be accompanied by identity card of F.Y.J.C. and attested photocopy of marksheet of
