Please find attached herewith / below Process Flow for doing transaction in Easypay Online Payment Gateway. Please let me know in case any further details are required. Also request you to share the feedback on both test set up at the earliest.
1. User can visit https://easypay.axisbank.co.in/ and then click on Education option. On right hand side there will be a search option where College name in short can be typed. College Name will be displayed below on which user can click and go further for initiating the transaction. Alternatively, Bank will also be sharing the complete payment link which College can host on their web site as a hyperlink, so that on clicking the link, user can directly land on the payment page.
2. User will be prompted to enter the GR No and select the Standard from the drop down provided and click on the Validate Tab below.
3. On entering the above details correctly, Student details will reflect automatically. User will have to select the Fees Payment Option from the drop-down for which payment needs to be done.
4. Fees amount will get auto populated on the basis of above validations.
5. User needs to mention their 10 Digit mobile number correct while filling the above payment form. Please note Axis Bank will sent a SMS on this Mobile Number upon transaction initiation and completion. This SMS Number will contain a 8 Digit URN (Unique Reference Number) which the user can use for future reference.
6. After entering Mobile Number, User will have to enter the CAPTCHA as shown on the screen and click on submit button.
7. User will land on next screen which will display all the information which he had filled earlier on page 1. URN Number generated by Axis Bank will also be displayed on this page. User can select the terms and conditions checkbox post which all mapped payment option would be displayed. E.g. Master/Visa Debit Credit Card, Rupay Card, Axis Bank Net Banking, Other Bank Net Banking, UPI etc. User can complete the transaction as per process after selecting the payment mode. Post completion of transaction, payment acknowledgement with status and mode of payment will be shown which the user can e-mail, Print or download in PDF Format for future reference.
